Conference: festival jungle-policy desert? The festival policy of public authorities

The Round Table on Festival Policies in Europe organised by European research network CIRCLE (Cultural Information and Research Centres Liaison in Europe) and the European Festival Research Project (EFRP) consortium, hosted by Interarts, will be held in Barcelona on 19-20 October.
